13 miles, moderate/hard
68 degrees, sunny
Today I took advantage of a day 0ff from work and the cooler temperatures to make up for my long run workout debacle on Saturday. I ran through RCP up the western ridge to The Line and back with a pick-up on the Ross Drive hill and two ten-minute tempos near the end of the run. It wasn't a terribly long or hard run, but it was definitely one of the best quality runs I've had in a while.
Once I got home I hopped in the car and drove to Binghamton for my dad's surprise retirement party. It was a great party and nice to see how many people truly respected him. Great to see the family too.
