65 degrees, cloudy and breezy
I had been planning this long run for a while, and I'm glad I felt good enough to finish it. The weather really cooperated too.
I ran from the hotel towards Stanley Park and around the sea wall all the way to English Bay and False Creek. I crossed over the Granville Street Bridge and ran along the south side of False Creek by the Olympic Village and Science World. On the north side of False Creek I realized that I was going to get back to the hotel well before 18 miles, so I took advantage of one of Vancouver's ultra-clean parks to run barefoot for ten minutes. I finished along False Creek, up Denman Street, and back to the hotel.
