Ran along the Mt. Vernon Trail after work. It was another nice day, thankfully, AND now that the clocks have changed for Daylight Savings Time it is light out after work. I intended to run a short, easy run, but the confluence of my iPhone Pandora Radio playing The Killers and running by a Pacer spurred me to run nearly 6 min/mile. Silly Patrick.
