Long run from Riley's Lock with Reaves, Bain, Murray, and (a somewhat inebriated?) Jake. It was a great day for a long run and I felt much better compared to the past two days. We ran a quick pace (6:20-6:30?) through the first 13 miles, then backed off when Reaves, Bain, and I added on the Violet's Lock loop. Took a frigid ice bath afterward at the boat slip.

Yea So What the Crap. "Oh we ran a quick pace (Holy crap fast-Still freaking fast)through the first 13 miles" Really?! Yea I did an up tempo pace run that same day, but after a painful hour I was at 8 miles. Yeah you're still amazing and just to let you know that you pretty much just reaped my soul. thanks and your welcome.
